SAFE HAVEN'S VETERINARIANS

Dr. Cathy Connelly, of Community Animal Hospital in Reno, NV, brings years of experience and expertise in wildlife care to our facility. She has resided and practiced veterinary medicine in Reno since 1993. In 2003 she completed a fellowship for advanced studies of ultrasound. Her other professional interests include laser surgery, orthopedic surgery, general surgery, oncology, geriatric medicine, pediatrics, and internal medicine, including endocrinology.

Dr. Connelly enjoys with music, quilting and other crafts. Outdoor pursuits include skiing hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping, and horseback riding. These activities also include spending time with her favorite veterinarian: her husband, Dr. John Koehm, also of COmmunity Animal Hospital..
